Meet Anna

I was born and raised in New Jersey, and I was brought up in a very modest Italian household. I was taught to cook and to respect and appreciate food as a gift. My approach to dining out is a fair one. It takes a lot for me to say that a meal is completely horrible. Having worked with foods in my younger days, I have a clear understanding of the time, effort and responsibility it takes to service patrons everywhere from hot dog stands to the finest restaurants. That is why my goal is to be concise, clear and honest in my reviews so that anyone reading them can make timely decisions about their next meal adventure!
